Before you decide to rent out your home, we would like to provide you with a free rental price indication.
We work on a 'no cure no pay' basis. So as long as your home has not been rented out, you owe us nothing. No start-up fees or withdrawal fees either.
Our method is characterized by the following step-by-step plan:

1. Personal advice
An acquaintance where we would like to discuss your rental wishes in more detail, after which we come to strategic advice. Part of this is a free rental price indication.

2. Presentation
A good presentation of the house is important. We provide professional photos and a complete description. These will be distributed as soon as possible in our network and placed on all relevant websites and social media channels.

3. Viewings and selection
In this phase we will arrange all viewings of which we will of course keep you fully informed. Potential tenants are extensively screened. In consultation with you, we choose the definitive tenant.

4. Drafting a rental agreement
We draw up a rental agreement in which your interests are legally well protected. A background and income check of the tenant is part of the standard procedure. After both parties have approved the rental agreement, it can be signed.

5. Delivery and check-in
After receipt of the first month's rent and the deposit, the key handover and check-in will take place. We then draw up an inspection report and inventory list that serve as the basis for the check-out.

6. Service after key handover
We are also happy to be of service after delivery. We are always available for questions and/or advice. Of course we will also take care of the check-out at the end of the rental period.
